Anonymous Feedback
Someone over at GSA had the idea of including in his email signature block a link to an online survey. People who had had a recent interaction with this gentleman could fill out with the sole purpose being to evaluate the experience, anonymously, providing the gentleman with useful feedback in an effort to improve his performance.
With that, the cleverly-titled project, Anonymous Feedback, was born.
With content in place, my job was to simply provide the look and feel and I was asked to submit two different concepts- one fairly simple but with a dark, attractive palette; and the other I was free to do whatever I wanted (reason to celebrate- a rarity in government work).
Creative direction defined, I opted to hand draw a representative character that would hopefully be the face of the franchise, so to speak. Sadly, the project never took off and I think it still lay dormant. Fun, nontheless.
